Job Description
Hours of work: 19.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time
(As the position is part-time the above salary will be pro rata)
Fixed term: As the appointment is to cover maternity leave the end date of this temporary contract will remain open and be dependent on the return to work of the permanent postholder.

Uckfield College is a highly successful and popular college in the heart of rural Sussex yet within commuting distance of Brighton Eastbourne and the South college is an excellent working environment characterised by happy well-motivated students and innovative and enthusiastic teachers. The Science department is housed in our new main school building.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious teacher who is passionate about Science to join our forward thinking Science team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive professional who will be responsible for providing excellent teaching in the classroom for Science and who will contribute to our exceptional Super Curricular programme. This position would be suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator.
