Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking referrals and self-driven efforts.
- Build and manage relationships with clients focusing on accounts with premiums of $50000 or more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather necessary information for quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide tailored risk management solutions to clients in industries such as construction industrial and distribution.
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with C-suite executives and other high-level decision-makers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial sales with a proven track record of handling accounts with premiums of $50000 or more.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ImageRight and Sagitta software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with high-level executives.
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
