OVERALL PURPOSE:
To ensure the consistent attainment of the assigned number of accounts program implementation promo execution merchandising objectives by planning and executing activities/programs that are aligned to the sales groups approved strategic operating plans. These objectives must be achieved while operating within budgets and other parameters of performance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Number of Accounts To meet required number of Lucky Grocer customers by consistently scouting potential LG stores from SSCC customer list and present LG program.
2. Program Implementation To ensure implementation of Lucky Grocers program in the store base on agreed timeline and parameters.
3. Promo Execution To coordinate promotional activities and monitor product availability and exposure in assigned accounts.
4. Merchandising To monitor and utilize available materials in promoting and communicating LG and its activities in the store.
5. Information System and Administrative Requirements To utilize available sales data and account information to enhance understanding analysis and building the business while ensuring that all records reports and other administrative requirements expected from the incumbent are updated accomplished properly and submitted on time. Administrative requirements include further task as it arise.
6. Asset Management To maintain protect and fully utilize all company assets assigned to the incumbent.
7. Trade Relations To cultivate and maintain productive working relationship with key personnel of the accounts while observing proper decorum on the job to project the good image of the company.
