About the role
We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily HR operations maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support payroll by verifying employee data (absences overtime bonuses and leave) ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs and act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits leave and workplace policies.
- Prepare update and manage HR documentation including employment contracts onboarding materials and confidential personnel files.
- Coordinate and enhance employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Monitor and manage leave balances ensuring compliance with company policy and labor regulations while supporting employees and managers with guidance.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns supporting engagement initiatives and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
- Liaise with occupational health and labor medical organizations to ensure compliance with mandatory medical checks and workplace safety requirements.
- Participate in HR-related projects aimed at improving processes employee engagement and overall people experience.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews by preparing reports maintaining accurate HRIS data and ensuring documentation readiness.
- Maintain and optimize digital HR systems (HRIS) ensuring accurate and timely data entry to support reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Experience managing payroll and HR processes for shift-based employees.
- Knowledge of HR policies labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field would be considered an advantage.
