The Company consists of 22 sites with over twenty million barrels of storage capacity. Responsible for supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive profitability growth and long-term business sustainability for BWC Terminals The Company bulk liquid storage operations. This role oversees key commercial functions including pricing contract negotiations customer engagement and business development initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and commercialize growth opportunities including greenfield and brownfield projects.
Support senior leadership in mergers and acquisitions by contributing to commercial strategy conducting due diligence and evaluating cross-platform synergies.
Develop and implement financially driven commercial strategies aligned with the companys long-term objectives.
Collaborate with Operations HSE and Engineering & Construction teams to develop and execute effective storage and logistics solutions.
Prepare and analyze commercial-driven financial reports budgets forecasts and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making.
Deliver compelling commercial presentations to internal stakeholders prospective customers board members and industry organizations.
Present customer-focused KPIs that provide insights into asset utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.
Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities; develop mitigation and growth strategies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to build and sustain a high-performing collaborative commercial team.
Clearly communicate commercial and financial strategiesto senior management and board members.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Finance Business or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial strategy strategic planning and/or financial analysis.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and financial modeling tools.
Deep understanding of financial modeling including sensitivity analysis and assumptions.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Knowledge of market dynamics and commodity fundamentals relevant to bulk liquid storage.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work independently.
Cultural awareness and professionalism in diverse environments
Up to 25% travel required
In addition to the above the following relevant work experience is a plus although not required:
Logistics experience in truck/rail/marine scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
Commodity-specific expertise (e.g. specialty chemicals renewable fuels).
Understanding of customer logistics value chains and optimization strategies.
Experience managing business plans and delivering on budgeted P&L targets.

Working Conditions and Environment: While performing the duties of this position the individual generally has good working conditions. The employee is often exposed to moderate noise from office equipment and co-workers.
Physical Requirements/Activities: The position requires regular physical activity including standing walking sitting reaching carrying and handling objects. Candidates must be able to use hands and fingers for tasks such as typing and operating office equipment. Effective verbal communication and active listening are essential as the role involves frequent interaction with others. This position involves sitting for approximately 90% of the workday. Occasionally employees are required to kneel bend push pull lift or twist. Occasionally employees are required to lift or exert force of up to 10 pounds. Intermittently the employee is required to lift or exert force of up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required is close vision of 20 inches or less.
