As a Lifecycle Specialist IV in our RTP Operations team you will provide comprehensive operations support across multiple RTP Schemes. You will ensure that business processes are effectively managed from product inception to scalable operations supporting new digital payment products in their early development stages. Your role will involve daily operational tasks performance assessment through key indicators and data analytics.
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements for completeness consistency and adherence to JP Morgan Operations Standards.
- Create process models specifications diagrams and flows.
- Establish parameters for requirements analysis to define impact outcome criteria and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to establish requirements for RTP support products.
- Partner with internal departments to scale the operating model for new rail growth as business initiatives attract new clients.
- Develop subject matter expertise in new products business processes and application flows to manage changes and support needs effectively.
- Interact with Product Management Operational Monitoring Incident Management Teams Project Managers and IT teams.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Excellent analytical mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong listening interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to influence cross-organizationally.
- Proven ability to manage fast changes and adapt to new business initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and commercial market awareness.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience in Payments Cash and Treasury Operations focusing on operational processes and controls.
- Familiarity with global payments and understanding of accounting and money movement processes.
