About the work from home job/internship
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
2. Source potential candidates through online channels and networking events.
3. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment systems.
4. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Collaborate with recruiters to develop recruitment strategies and achieve hiring goals.
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: 1000 - 2000 /month
Incentive pay: 1000 - 5000 /month
