Flexible schedule on some days where onboarding needs can go later in the day.

A Brief OverviewPlans coordinates and manages the onboarding portion for team members. Works as a liaison between the department and educational operations. The Onboarding Coordinators role is to provide an outstanding onboarding and growth experience.
What you will do
- Plans coordinates and manages all facets of onboarding and implementing those plans with the direct leadership team. Focuses on positive culture through process improvement and educational planning.
- Ensures all onboarding and retention plans are effectively communicated to the leadership team and implementation dates with time lines are developed and followed.
- Ensures efficient communication between support service staff and leadership when planning and coordinating an improvement project.
- Creates and manages online learning modules training documents and check lists to create a smooth efficient and effective process to ensure retention of staff.
- Creates and maintain relationships with new and existing staff and leadership.
- Ensures that every new team member is onboarded effectively no matter the role the staff member holds. Works with leadership to ensure a well communicated and positive onboarding experience for every team member.
- Assists in guiding the Culture Committee.

Preferred Education License/Certification or Work Experience:
- Associates
- 1-3 years Related experience in a similar role and/or within the hospitality industry
