Position Highlights

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 Hours 2 weeks

Flexible schedule on some days where onboarding needs can go later in the day.

Some skill sets needed to be successful are self starter and multi-tasking abilities.

• Plans coordinates and manages all facets of onboarding and implementing those plans with the direct leadership team. Focuses on positive culture through process improvement and educational planning.
• Ensures all onboarding and retention plans are effectively communicated to the leadership team and implementation dates with time lines are developed and followed.
• Ensures efficient communication between support service staff and leadership when planning and coordinating an improvement project.
• Creates and manages online learning modules training documents and check lists to create a smooth efficient and effective process to ensure retention of staff.
• Creates and maintain relationships with new and existing staff and leadership.
• Ensures that every new team member is onboarded effectively no matter the role the staff member holds. Works with leadership to ensure a well communicated and positive onboarding experience for every team member.
• Assists in guiding the Culture Committee.

• Associates
• 1-3 years Related experience in a similar role and/or within the hospitality industry

• Commitment to the daily application of Averas mission vision core values and social principles to serve patients their families and our community.
• Promote Averas values of compassion hospitality and stewardship.
• Uphold Averas standards of Communication Attitude Responsiveness and Engagement (CARE) with enthusiasm and sincerity.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Work effectively in a team environment coordinating work flow with other team members and ensuring a productive and efficient environment.
• Comply with safety principles laws regulations and standards associated with but not limited to CMS The Joint Commission DHHS and OSHA if applicable.
