Your tasks are:
- Establishment and development as well as professional and disciplinary management of the sales team Asia
- Creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Further development of existing key accounts and distributors as well as identification and exploitation of new market opportunities
- Coordinating sales activities with other departments (technical sales marketing management)
- Responsibility for cost units and budgeting as well as support in preparing the forecast
What we expect from you:
- You have a degree with a focus on economics agricultural science veterinary medicine microbiology chemistry or pharmacy.
- You already have experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies ideally in the animal feed industry
- With several years of professional experience as a manager you have the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- You have a strong customer focus and a passion for sales success.
- You have a high level of mobility and willingness to travel internationally as well as business fluent English skills.
- Your hands-on mentality and good communication skills characterise you.
