Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Lead research teams and projects to achieve defined objectives and deliver impactful outcomes.
Conceive and develop novel research ideas to push the frontiers of biotechnology and bioprocesses.
Oversee and monitor project progress ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
Engage manage and liaise with stakeholders including funding agencies industry partners and academic collaborators.
Supervise and mentor graduate students while contributing to grant proposal preparation and research publications.
Job Requirements:
Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering Chemical Engineering or other related fields
Prior experience in biotechnology or bioprocesses related work will be preferred.
Project management and data analytic skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good writing skills for writing proposals reports and publications in good academic journals
