We are seeking a Lead Assembly to join the Production Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the landing gear services facilitys production floor. This position supports supervisory functions by coordinating daily work activities guiding production staff and monitoring equipment and process performance. The Production Lead ensures that all safety protocols quality standards and production targets are consistently met fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. They serve as a key liaison between management and production employees facilitating communication training and problem resolution to maintain smooth operations and high employee morale. This role requires strong organizational skills technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced safety-conscious environment. This position is based in Medley FL.
Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising all personnel and production activities on shift
Maintain thorough knowledge of production processes and equipment; report issues promptly
Train evaluate and develop production staff to maintain high performance
Organize and coordinate workflow for efficient and smooth operations
Enforce company policies rules procedures and safety regulations consistently
Take responsibility for processes equipment safety housekeeping and meeting production goals on shift
Participate in hiring training performance appraisals and employee discipline as required
Address employee complaints and resolve work-related problems effectively
Perform other duties as assigned to support production and facility goals
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent technical training or four years related experience
Proven leadership and supervisory experience preferred
