Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):

Assists the Music Organizations staff with customer service during the Christmas Festival presale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service requests including phone calls in-person and via email
  • Provide customers with information in response to their needs and questions
  • Follow up with customers who left voicemails or email messages
  • Execute ticketing transactions with customers who prefer to buy over the phone
  • Take notes and transfer difficult customers to Music Orgs staff

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets
  • Ability to focus and be productive in a high-traffic work environment
  • Capacity to successfully complete tasks independently with little supervision
  • Ability to collaborate and interact well with staff members on large projects
  • Discretion around confidential information

Wage Range: $11.75-12.75
