Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):

Assists the Music Organizations staff with customer service during the Christmas Festival presale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage customer service requests including phone calls in-person and via email
Provide customers with information in response to their needs and questions
Follow up with customers who left voicemails or email messages
Execute ticketing transactions with customers who prefer to buy over the phone
Take notes and transfer difficult customers to Music Orgs staff

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills
Experience with Google Docs/Sheets
Ability to focus and be productive in a high-traffic work environment
Capacity to successfully complete tasks independently with little supervision
Ability to collaborate and interact well with staff members on large projects
Discretion around confidential information

Wage Range: $11.75-12.75
