Home Health:
The Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care in a patients place of residence under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides nursing care within the scope of practice for licensed vocational nursing and accepts responsibility of individual nursing actions competence decisions and behavior in the course of vocational nursing practice. Demonstrates performance consistent with the PIH Health vision of Patients First.
