Sales Engineer Factory Automation

Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will join the Factory Automation business to drive business growth by understanding customer needs providing technical solutions and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. This role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and understanding their needs & market combing activities
  • Develop new business opportunities with new accounts
  • Technical Presentations and Demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions
  • Business management of sales distributors and work closely with respective channel partners to grow sales revenue

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics or similar
  • Good written and verbal communication in English Hindi and Gujarati
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience in Industrial automation
  • Knowledge of the region market and customer preferences will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • High level of self-motivation accountability and the ability to manage tasks independently under pressure
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning change and challenging the status quo.
  • Able to travel outstation periodically for business
