Job Summary
KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant for an innovative manufacturing business based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for QBE or Part-Qualified Accountant looking for a hands-on role with the ability to manage a small team while playing a crucial support role for the Financial Controller. Main duties will include:
- Assist with the preparation of month end accounts and supporting reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations calculation and posting of accruals & prepayments
- Extract and analyse general ledger data for various internal and external purposes
- Asset recording depreciation calculation and posting
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Bank transactions and reconciliations
- Supplier BACS payments
- Aged debtors and creditors reviews and reconciliations
- Payroll processing salary payments and PAYE submissions
- Provide cover for purchase ledger and credit control
- Customs compliance monitoring
