We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogota - Calle 26. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Designer - Graphic Design you will be a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Designer with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. You will be skilled in preparing editing and managing documents and presentations with a focus on accuracy consistency and professionalism. You will create visual elements such as tables charts and infographics handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication proofreading and organizational skills are essential with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams.
We will count on you to:
- Prepare edit and manage documents and presentations ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Create visual elements including tables charts and infographics to support various projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly
- Demonstrate strong proofreading and grammar skills
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or document management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Adobe Acrobat Reader & Pro
- Advanced English language skills; French is a plus
