Job Description

Brand Growth Manager

Full-time Remote Reports to CEO

We are a fast-growing multi-brand e-commerce company experiencing 20% month-over-month growth across Amazon Shopify and TikTok Shop. Were looking for a results-driven Brand Growth Coordinator to own revenue performance for assigned brands by orchestrating cross-functional teams and ensuring all moving parts work toward consolidated GMV targets.

This role is remote and intended for candidates located in Latin America or aligned time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Accountability: Own GMV performance for assigned brands across all channels (Amazon Shopify TikTok Shop email social media). You are the single point of accountability for hitting revenue targets through effective team coordination.

Cross-Functional Team Orchestration: Coordinate specialists including marketplace managers PPC agencies data analysts content creators and freelancers. You dont execute the technical workyou ensure all specialists deliver toward shared revenue goals.

Resource Allocation & Optimization: Make strategic decisions about budget allocation priority setting and resource deployment based on performance data. Identify underperforming areas and coordinate rapid course corrections.

Project Systems Management: Build and maintain comprehensive project management systems that keep multiple teams aligned on deliverables timelines and dependencies across complex product launches and marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Escalation: Work with data specialists to monitor key metrics identify performance trends and escalate issues before they impact revenue. Provide executive reporting on progress and obstacles.

Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate external agencies and freelancers to ensure they deliver on performance targets and timelines. Hold vendors accountable to ROAS ACOS and conversion goals.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and communication systems to increase team efficiency and reduce project bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience

Revenue Operations Experience: 3-5 years coordinating revenue-focused teams in e-commerce CPG or subscription environments. Direct P&L accountability experience strongly preferred.

Multi-Channel E-commerce Background: Proven experience coordinating growth across multiple sales channels. Understanding of how Amazon Shopify social commerce and email marketing work together.

Team Coordination Excellence: Track record managing cross-functional teams agencies and freelancers with competing priorities. Ability to drive results through influence rather than direct authority.

Process & Systems Thinking: Experience building project management systems from scratch. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Performance-Driven Mindset: Comfortable being held accountable for revenue results. Experience making data-driven resource allocation decisions and course corrections.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures and functions. Ability to facilitate alignment between technical specialists and executive leadership.

Fast-Paced Environment: Must thrive in rapid-growth often chaotic environments where processes are being built in real-time.

Project Management: ClickUp Slack AirtableE-commerce Platforms: Amazon Seller Central Shopify basic understanding of TikTok ShopAnalytics & Reporting: Work with data specialists using Triple Whale Peel Intelligems (you request data they deliver insights)Communication: Experience coordinating with PPC agencies email marketing teams creative agencies

What Success Looks Like

Within 1 Week:

  • Completed comprehensive audit of all current brand initiatives and performance baselines
  • Met with all key team members and external agencies to understand current status
  • Built initial project tracking system with clear owners deadlines and dependencies
  • Identified immediate bottlenecks and risks with clear escalation to leadership

Within 1 Month:

  • Established comprehensive coordination system keeping all teams aligned on revenue targets
  • Implemented regular check-ins and accountability measures with all specialists and agencies
  • Demonstrated measurable improvement in project delivery speed and quality
  • Taking ownership of resource allocation decisions based on performance data

Within 3 Months:

  • Brands showing consistent growth toward annual GMV targets through improved coordination
  • Team productivity visibly improved through optimized workflows and communication
  • Proactively identifying and solving problems before they impact revenue
  • Acting as central nervous system for brand growth with executive confidence in your oversight
