How youll have an impact at Paulas Choice:
The Chief of Staff will be a key member of our team working closely with the executive team to help drive the overall strategy and portfolio management of the organization. This is a highly visible and impactful role that requires strong problem-solving skills excellent communication and a keen ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic leadership role with a background in portfolio management business development and strategic planning and communications. The Chief of Staff must have a deep understanding of how to approach and solve complex business problems have strong systems and analytical thinking along with advanced problem-solving skills.

Paulas Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local national and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidates region/town/cost of living.
For new hires we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience skills education geographic location and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
