What Youll Do

  • Own Your Pipeline: Expect 50% of your closed deals to come from your own outbound hustle.
  • Lead High-Impact Meetings: Host multiple prospect meetings demos and deep-dives each week positioning Mews as the must-have solution for hoteliers.
  • Drive Results: Manage a pipeline to consistently close 34 deals per month with deals averaging $5k MRR.
  • Prospect Relentlessly: Make 120 targeted activities per week into Salesforce-segmented ICPs (hotel groups 325 properties).
  • Run Multi-Threaded Pursuits: Align GMs IT Finance Ops and C-suite on the Mews value story closing complex multi-property contracts.
  • Expand Accounts: Partner with Customer Success to turn pilots into multi-property rollouts and surface expansion triggers that lift NRR.
  • Represent Mews: Amplify your pipeline and thought leadership at key industry events.
  • Iterate & Improve: Analyze data spot bottlenecks refine your plays and share insights with GTM peers.
  • Deliver Under Pressure: Mews moves fast. Youll thrive in the pace and deliver impact when it matters most.

What You Bring

  • Proven success closing multiple $5k MRR contracts per quarter (or equivalent ARR) in a SaaS environment with a high win rate.
  • 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience owning land-and-expand motions.
  • Skill navigating 48 stakeholders per deal and closing complex multi-property contracts.
  • Fluency in pipeline analytics: forecasting conversion funnels segmentation and data-driven storytelling.
  • A hunter mentality70% outbound designing cadences that create pipeline rather than waiting for it.
  • Experience in hospitality travel-tech or a parallel verticalor the drive to learn it at speed.
  • Comfort with ambiguity seeing process gaps as a chance to build not complain.
  • Willingness to travel within your regional territory (up to 25%).
  • Fluent English.
