The Opportunity
Monash University Library is seeking aServices and Spaces Team Leader (Knowledge Management and Training)to shape the future of Library frontline services across six vibrant campus libraries.
As a key member of our Services and Spaces leadership team youll drive excellence in customer experience lead a high-performing team and champion innovative training and knowledge management practices. Your work will directly support student success academic engagement and a welcoming inclusive environment for all Library users.
