獣医学術チームと協業しヒルズ商品の栄養学的な優位性について担当テリトリーの獣医師獣医看護 師に向けた啓蒙を行う
コンサルティング営業を通じビジネスパートナーとして各クリニック特に上位クリニックとの信頼関 係を構築し維持する
会社全体の事業戦略を理解し獣医チャネル営業本部のリーダーシップチームの指示に従い担当テリト リーにおける必要な販売計画やプログラムにそって優先事項を実行するとともに担当テリトリー内で問 題が発生した場合には速やかにディストリクトマネジャーに報告を行いリカバリーを行う
主な職務と職責:

設定されたテリトリー内の全アカウントを訪問する
すべてのクリニックを必要な頻度で訪問するための効果的なテリトリールーティングの開発 全国的な活動グリッドアカウント分析観察を活用し各アカウントの明確な目標の策定 配荷とセールスにおけるテリトリーターゲットの達成に向けた計画策定
VHCT獣医師動物看護師と協力して栄養プロトコルを確立し実施する
C4Cを活用した計画目標成果を正確な記録を行う
与えられたGtN内の支出を管理する

PCVプロフェッショナル獣医学術チームと協力して臨床栄養トレーニングやセミナーを実施し獣医 師の推奨を通じペットオーナーのヒルズ商品利用度を向上させる
製品トレーニングに参加しヒルズが提供する全製品全ブランドを理解する 競合製品を理解し必要に応じて差別化ポイントを強調できるようにする

- 獣医師と協力し病気のペットと健康なペットの両方のための適切な栄養コンサルティングを確立し実 施する
(20%)
卸売業者の支店/支社と緊密に連携し製品トレーニング診療所のターゲティングテリトリー内のクリ ニックのニーズをよりよく理解し満たすための共同活動の展開を通じて流通と推奨を拡大する
教育/ 経験:
必須条件:
学士号以上必須
運転免許証必須社有車貸与
獣医師免許保持者でかつ小動物の臨床経験必須
3年以上の提案営業経験尚可クリニック向け営業のご経験尚可
