Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property based in North Vancouver. This is a part-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the buildings commercial areas. Candidates should be strong enough to operate a floor washing machine.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleaning commercial areas of the property
Using a floor washing machine for power washing
Dusting mopping sweeping waxing floors and vacuuming
Cleaning spills broken glass and other messes promptly
Coordinating duties with other cleaners
Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
Ordering cleaning supplies as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is an asset
Reliable and a good communicator
Excellent time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication in English
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Details:
Job Type: Part-time Permanent Subcontractor
Pay: $550 per month
Schedule: 3.5-hour shifts 2 days per week (days can be selected) hours flexible between 12:00 pm 5:00 pm
Starting Date: October
Experience: 2 years in cleaning (preferred)
Work Location: 8X69M4 North Vancouver British Columbia
