Position Summary:
Were looking for a detail-oriented Migration Configuration Specialist to support client migrations by managing system setups coordinating with remote teams and ensuring accurate implementation of rules. Key tasks include handling support tickets organizing configuration workflows and building or updating compliance and screening packages.
Essential functions responsibilities:
Create clear actionable tickets for the Production Support team to execute migration-related tasks.
Coordinate and communicate configuration requirements to remote technical teams ensuring understanding of scope timelines and deliverables.
Assist in building or modifying compliance tracking and background screening packages according to client requirements.
Structure program hierarchies to align with business logic and client needs.
Configure and create administrative users and system roles as part of the client onboarding/migration process.
Interpret and apply system rules to ensure configurations are aligned with platform capabilities and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of configuration changes build logic and system structure.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required Associates degree preferred.
2 years of experience in system implementations client onboarding or service migrations preferably within SaaS HR Tech or highly regulated industries.
Strong grasp of system configuration logic-based rules platform workflows and user role structures.
Skilled in task and project management with the ability to juggle shifting priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communicator with experience documenting technical requirements and collaborating with remote or global teams.
Proficient in creating actionable support tickets using tools like Jira or Salesforce
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality accuracy and compliance.
Self-starter who works independently and cross-functionally with familiarity in background screening or compliance services a strong plus.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday- 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. EST
