SUMMARY
This position provides metaphysical and administrative support to the Managers office of the Committees on Publication as it carries out the work of the Christian Science Committee on Publication according to Article XXXIII of the Manual of The Mother Church.This position works most closely with the Committee and Field Support and Editorial Activities functions of the office and handles administrative projects and tasks that support the activities of Committees on Publication worldwide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Committee and Field Support Manager and Editorial Activities Manager the Corrective Activities Administrative Assistant will actively work with both the Committee and Field Support (generally 50%) and Editorial Activities (generally 50%) teams to perform administrative and other support tasks including:

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Engagement with Christian Science
Membership in The Mother Church required and Primary Class instruction preferred.
Education/Experience
Bachelors degree and two to three years work experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
Strong metaphysical foundation and a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality in this work. Ability to work as a team member as well as independently within different cultures and environments; effective management of projects and processes; anticipates needs; identifies creative solutions; communications skills both oral and written; organized; detail- and deadline-oriented; self-motivated; adaptable and flexible. Language skills are helpful. Knowledge of the purpose and role of the Committee office as established in the Manual of The Mother Church.
Technology Skills
Google Suite. Video conferencing software (Zoom). Social media and Wordpress familiarity are helpful. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
Work Environment
Brings an atmosphere of spiritual sense humility collegiality industriousness calm and joy to the office. This position regularly works in an office environment at The Mother Church in Boston MA.
