Ideally located within a 1 to 2-hour drive of Los Angeles San Diego and Palm Springs this position offers a unique leadership opportunity in forensic mental health with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
As Clinical Director you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of forensic mental health professionals ensuring high-quality care while collaborating with state and county partners.
Leadership responsibilities include:
- Managing a multidisciplinary team of professionals
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure patients receive high quality forensic mental health services
- Facilitating treatment team meetings
- Guiding treatment planning
- Building collaborative relationships with county and state partners
Clinical responsibilities include:
