Job Description:
Regulatory Update: to perform daily regulation scanning update maintain the regulatory matrix prepare the gap analysis draft for circulation to related departments and involve in regulator socialization.
Assisting Compliance review activities: conduct initial assessment for PLA marketing material press release and social media. To assess such material within compliance checklist.
Compliance Project: Assist in the development of Regulatory Compliance system
Compliance Awareness & Training: Assist in preparing raw materials (which will be reviewed and finalized by CMR team) liaise with related department for design approval and circulation prepare and coordinate the event prepare the minutes actively participate in supporting the event
Requirements:
A fresh graduate or currently pursuing a bachelors degree in law with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 from top public university
Willing to do WFO everyday in Setiabudi area South Jakarta
Committed to do 6 months internship period
Experience in contributing to research internship and/or university/international organization
Proficient in operating at minimum Microsoft Office (word power point excel) and other infographic application (Adobe Photoshop Canva)
Good verbal and written communication skills both English & Bahasa
Acceptable level of analytical skills
Attention to detail
Good time management to manage multiple tasks with pre-determined deadline
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Able to join on end of September 2025
