Hospice Home Health Aide
BroadReach Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Hospice Aidewith a $2500 sign-on bonus!
In order to meet the needs of our community we are lookingto add a compassionate caring full-timeHospice Aide to our team.
Hospice Aide Responsibilities:
Providing direct patient care in patients homesas well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the midand lower Cape.
Assisting with patients ADLs (activities ofdaily living).
Following patients plan of care and completing documentation of care given.
Communicating regularly with nurse case manager.

Hospice Aide Requirements:
Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing AssistantLicense.
Experience with home health or hospice care ispreferred however finding the right candidate is most important to us soapplicants are welcome to apply regardless of experience.
Hospice Aide Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Occasional availability on Saturday is required.
Rotating cover on holidays - presently one holidayworked per year.
The pay range for this position is between $20 - $27.50 per hour depending upon number of years of experience.
