Job Summary
Senior Helpers of The Villages is Now Hiring Home Health Aides CNAs and Professional Caregivers for Immediate Shifts in The Villages area! Join our Private Duty Home Care team and enjoy a full schedule with flexible hours.

Weekday starting pay: $16.00/hour
Weekend starting pay: $17.00/hour
- Some cases paid at higher rates due to client condition (e.g. heavy lifting)

Your Responsibilities in the Clients Home Will Include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities (ADLs)
Meal planning and preparation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping duties
Following the clients care plan and reporting updates as needed

- Flexible schedules
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 2 Background Screen with the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). Information about the Level 2 background screen can be found here: Clearinghouse Education and Awareness
- Valid CPR card/certificate from an in-person hands-on training course that meets American Heart Association standards
- Professional experience as a personal care provider/caregiver
