Action-packed Hershey Bears hockey games thrilling live entertainment and one-of-a-kind events are a day in the life of our Hersheypark Entertainment Complex team members at Hersheypark Giant Center Hersheypark Stadium or Hershey Theatre

This position assists the Suites Captain and Suites Area Manager with Food & Beverage service within the luxury suites at GIANT Center. Suite Attendants will primarily work at GIANT Center but will also assist other locations at the Hershey Entertainment Complex. The Entertainment Complex consists of Hersheypark ZooAmerica Hersheypark Stadium Hersheypark Arena GIANT Center and Hershey Theatre.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Preparing suites for food and beverage service*

• Assisting guests with event day food orders*

• Recording accurate food and beverage consumption from individual suites*

• Monitoring food quality and presentation to meet department standards*

• Cleaning sanitizing and sweeping/mopping work areas to include; food prep areas other food contact surfaces patio/condiment areas and floors/walkways*

• Performing opening and closing procedures related to the assigned location and as directed by supervisors and managers*

• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Prior experience in food and beverage and alcohol service is preferred

• Ability to acquire RAMP Certification (training will be provided)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to read write and understand English at a level which allows service standards to be met

• Must be friendly upbeat and work well with other employees and be able to interact with guests

• Must display a positive attitude eagerness to learn and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines

Job Demands:

• Hours will vary according to event schedules; however applicants must be available for day evenings weekends and holidays

• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance in proper uniform at all times

• Physical requirements include walking and/or standing for the majority of the shift

• Work environment is often extremely noisy with loud-volume music during many events

• Must be able to safely lift a minimum 20 lbs. independently

• Employee must provide proper footwear (all black non skid/non slip sneaker)
