Position: M-FPosition Summary:The Training & Development Manager leads the design implementation and evaluation of company-wide training initiatives to ensure employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge skills and behaviors required to perform effectively. This role partners with leadership and subject matter experts to assess learning needs develop training programs manage training systems secure external funding opportunities and drive a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining full compliance with applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Training Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain the organizations training and development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Needs Assessment
- Conduct regular assessments of training needs across departments using data from audits performance reviews and compliance requirements.
- Program Design & Delivery
- Design update and deliver orientation technical compliance leadership and soft-skills training programs in multiple formats (classroom e-learning etc.)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Oversee the organizations LMS ensuring accurate course content timely user enrollment reporting and system optimization. Act as primary administrator and point of contact for LMS support.
- Grant & Funding Management
- Research write and manage grants subsidies and training-aid opportunities to offset training costs. Maintain documentation and reporting required by funding agencies.
- Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes; provide metrics and reports to leadership.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all training materials records and processes comply with company policies SOPs and regulatory standards; maintain accurate training documentation for audits.
- Team Development
- Coach and develop trainers facilitators and department training leads; oversee vendor relationships as needed.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements to training content delivery methods and tracking systems.
- Budget & Resources
- Manage the training budget materials learning technology platforms and external funding sources.
- Other Duties
- Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Requires occasional physical activity throughout shift (except breaks and lunch) such as walking sitting standing bending stooping squatting reaching handling near/far vision pushing pulling carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles training evaluation methods and learning management systems.
- Experience researching and managing grants or external funding for training programs.
- Excellent communication presentation and project-management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
