Your Responsibilities
As a Training Program Coordination Intern within EMEA Field Marketing you will support the team in:
Planning and executing educational and promotional activities across EMEA including virtual and in-person training events congress preparation and podcast promotion.
Coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of events.
Engaging with stakeholders from Sales Marketing and other functions to confirm event details and timelines and escalating issues when needed.
Collaborating with Marketing Communications to develop and distribute promotional materials ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
Tracking project milestones attendee numbers and communications while maintaining organized records and using basic project tracking tools.
Managing educational content folders tailored to specific markets in partnership with the Academy and Program Managers.
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student with the following profile:
Enrolled in a relevant field including but not limited to Business Marketing Communications or Life Sciences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions
Excellent English skills both written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint Teams) and basic project tracking platforms (e.g. Smartsheet Trello) considered a plus
Interested in biopharma diagnostics pathology or scientific education
Experience in organizing events workshops or student-led initiatives considered a plus
We Offer
This is a part-time internship (20-30 hours/ week) based in Barcelona Spain starting in October-November 2025 and targeting an initial duration of 6 months.
IMPORTANT: Internships at Agilent in Spain require a training agreement with your university for the entire duration of the internship.
