Training Coordinator
- Salary Range: $24 - $28.80/hr. based on relevant years of experience
- Location: Larimer county Colorado
- Status: full time 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday - Friday
Role Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining training plans as well as tracking and reporting all required Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) trainings at SummitStone. As the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) the role oversees system updates manages user access and ensures data accuracy. Additionally the individual schedules external training sessions and collaborates closely with Learning and Development trainers to support ongoing staff development initiatives.
Essential Duties:
- Partner with Clinical Directors to support the development and implementation of staff training plans data tracking systems and reporting processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on OwnPath curriculum training and certifications as well as coordinating and tracking training requirements for CAT CAS and LAC credentials.
- Oversee the coordination tracking and sourcing of required Behavioral Health Agency (BHA) trainings across diverse roles ensuring timely compliance and broad accessibility for all staff.
- Oversee all aspects of LMS operations including the generation of detailed training reports audit support and the scheduling of virtual learning content for live sessions.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development trainers to schedule and coordinate both internal and external training sessions ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Learning and Development team supporting the smooth execution of programs initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and provide accurate program data for training-related grants ensuring timely documentation and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support the Director of Organizational Equity Learning and Development with cross-functional initiatives including language assessments performance review cycles and organization-wide training programs.
- Work in partnership with the Compliance team to track assign and manage training plans across the organization ensuring regulatory alignment and staff readiness.
- Oversee tracking and documentation of required training and certifications such as CPI and CPR to ensure timely completion and organizational compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Bachelors degree in education organizational leadership or related field required.
- At least one year of experience in using and navigating and learning new platforms and software required.
- Experience applying principles of adult learning preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Relias learning management system preferred.
- Demonstrated familiarity with community-based behavioral health settings preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered.
- Valid Colorado drivers license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire; must maintain a clean driving record. Frequent travel between SummitStone locations and external events is required.
