Location: Cincinnati OH (On-site) Department: Client Service About the Role / Position Summary Institutional Portfolio Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing support for advisory relationships. The position requires the ability to work with internal parties such as Advisors Research Operations and IT as well as external parties including investment managers and custodians to meet the needs of the client and the Advisor that services them. The responsibilities of this position include serving as a primary point of contact with clients preparing materials for client meetings monitoring and analyzing client portfolios and interacting with all interested parties to provide an exceptional client experience. What Youll Do / Position Responsibilities Client Management & Support - Support client relationships for the Advisor Team; participate in preparation sessions for client meetings; attend and lead client meetings as appropriate.
- Directly handle client activities as required including new client onboarding client portfolio maintenance (e.g. adding/removing investment managers) portfolio rebalancing assisting with client audits and creating donor development pieces with guidance from the Advisor.
- Prepare materials for client meetings including but not limited to performance reports and executive summaries attribution analysis risk analysis asset allocation studies private capital pacing and liquidity analysis spending policy analysis investment manager searches and recommendations and any other analytics to meet client needs.
Investment Analysis & Expertise - Monitor client portfolios for adherence to appropriate benchmarks and portfolio construction guidelines as determined by the FEG Investment Policy Committee.
- Participate in client development activities including client prospecting RFP editing and Finals pitches.
- Develop a strong understanding of FEGs investment philosophy investment process and manager due diligence process.
- Attend weekly Research Team meetings.

What We Expect / Qualifications - Bachelors degree in finance or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in the investment industry.

- Experienced in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint with strong attention to detail excellent written and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
