Market solicit and educate retail agencies as to CRC WG's products services brokers and offices to develop strategic level relationships.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Assist CRC WG to meet or exceed sales goals
2. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners
3. Attend retail agency dinners events and functions as required
4. Identify and target new retail agency prospects
5. Manage key current retail agency relationships
6. Develop and execute cross sell strategy across the CRC WG divisions
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education training or work-related experience
2. Possess and maintain a level of insurance knowledge that cultivates and develops retail agency relationships
3. Understand the retail agents needs and have knowledge of where to direct within CRC WG
4. Must be able to develop foster and maintain working relationships
5. Must possess leadership skills and work well with a team
6. Excellent written and verbal skills
7. Must be proficient in Excel Word & PowerPoint applications
8. Must be able to maintain a travel schedule
