Ecolab is seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Vimercate as Commercial Excellence Trainee.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate coordinate and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies such as service efficiency improvement digital solutions for sales teams etc. .
Process and analyse data with critical view to continuously improve processes aimed at driving business growth develop dashboards.
Provide general support to other projects across the division including data collection and processing presentations development reporting etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor/masters degree in business administration engineering or similar.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Power BI.
Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.
Strong digital analytical and problem-solving skill.
High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
Available for a full-time Apprentice
