We are inviting applications for the role of Manager Claims
In this role you will be responsible for adjust and authorize claim settlements and fees within designated individual authority limits. Provide a prompt and responsive service to clients and brokers and work closely with whilst monitoring the performance of external service providers and raise any issue which may occur to ensure data is accurate.
Responsibilities
Pharma Industry experience is preferred.
Candidate should have knowledge transition experience in OTC domain
Hands-on experience in managing daily operation of Claims & Deductions Management and knowledge of its upstream and downstream
Preference to be given if candidates have hand-on experience in SAP and Salesforce ERP
Knowledge of foreign language (Spanish/French/German etc.) would be an added advantage
Capacity planning scheduling the workload and right prioritization to reduce cycle time and to increase productive utilization of man hours
Project planning and implementation in areas of cost reduction and improving efficiency
Managing the day-to-day operations of new business initiatives & customer service
Ensures the selection orientation development and retention of a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out the responsibilities
Managing and mentoring people Responsible for maintaining the SLAs & metrics of databases of the teams Stack ranking analysed every quarter to evaluate performance
Identify training needs through people interactions evaluations review and issue analysis across the teams and ensuring trainings are conducted at regular intervals
Managing Team functions viz planning recruitment selection & performance management (including performance / quality evaluation) for all employees in the team
Leading mentoring & monitoring team members to ensure efficiency in product knowledge process operations & meeting of individual & group targets
Used the Lean Six Sigma/ BPMS/Six Sigma approach to streamline the Quality Process
Ensuring that teams adhere to the quality tools & procedures FMEA Quality Checklist and RCA
Address questions from auditors such as ISO FDA Division and Corporate
Ensures optimization of operations through focused continuous improvement
Developed and shared the MIS reports for the work done by Genpact and setup the Monthly Governance meeting with the stakeholders
Business Continuity Plans in case of emergency to ensure work is not affected Ensures all SOPs and policies are functionally accurate and all associates are thoroughly trained and 100% compliant
Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent formal education qualification
Preferred qualifications
Relevant related experience
Completion / progress towards recognized Industry qualification e.g. ACII
