About the Role
The HR Manager is responsible for shaping and leading the companys people strategy ensuring that talent initiatives align with organizational goals and foster a strong culture. This role oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management professional development and employee engagement while driving initiatives that attract retain and develop top talent.
In This Role Youll Get To
- Develop and lead the overall people and talent strategy in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding development performance management and retention
- Create and implement programs that foster employee engagement satisfaction and career growth
- Ensure compliance with employment laws regulations and internal policies
- Lead learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability and strengthen organizational performance
- Build and refine company policies practices and processes to support scalability and efficiency
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on people-related matters
Looking For People Who Have
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles in talent management people operations or organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws HR compliance and best practices across recruitment performance management compensation and employee relations
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
