Job Summary

This is a full time 40-hour workweek (some Saturdays and some holidays expected)

Compensation: $70000.00-$90000.00 annually.

Store hours are Monday Friday from 9:00-5:00 and Saturdays from 10:00-5:00 pm.

What Youll Do: You will be leading a team that is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while implementing sales strategies managing team performance and collaborating with marketing accounting and warehousing departments to deliver and improve the overall customer experience through all direct sales channels including the retail store website on-line app etc. This is a hands-on leadership role where blending operational expertise with creativity is a requirement for sustainable growth.

Lead the Spyderco Factory Outlet Store team as well as the Warranty & Repair team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage day-to-day floor operations in the Spyderco Factory Outlet store including scheduling inventory control reporting and cash management.
Cross functional departmental collaboration with Marketing Website Finance and IT teams to develop consumer direct sales & marketing initiatives including websites social media and e-commerce initiatives.
Develop and implement consumer direct specific sales strategies product promotions and programs while respecting our wholesale sales network.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Department managers to plan schedule and execute in-store community events and consumer shows. Some travel required.
Serves as primary customer contact for problem resolution and escalated customer inquiries building trust loyalty and long-term relationships.
Assist Warranty & Repair with full customer experience both in-store over the phone and through e-mail communication.

What We Are Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelors degree in communications Business or related field

3 years of retail/customer services and 2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage teams operations and inventory.
Strong customer service skills especially in handling escalated issues
Knowledge of retail management e-commerce and drop shipping (huge plus)
Tech-savvy with experience in websites and social media management
A big-picture thinker who thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
Point of sale systems (Shopify preferred)
Reliable honest and skilled at building relationships
