Profile Description

Were seeking someone to join our team as Vice President. This position that provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines implementing data models optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

MSIM Marketing Technology partners with MSIM Sales & Marketing teams and is responsible for strategic development and operational management of Digital and Content Marketing technology platforms. MSIM Marketing Technology team is responsible for the design development delivery and support of the technical platforms built to optimize client engagement via digital channels such as Public/Secure Web Email Social Mobile drive sales/client retention via segmentation targeting and cross-selling models and enable Sales & Marketing teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

InvestmentManagement

In the Investment Management division we deliver active investment strategies across public and private markets and custom solutions to institutional and individual investors.

IMIT App Dev

IMIT provides industry-leading strategies and solutions to enable business growth and deliver best in class functions to Morgan Stanleys Investment Management business.

What youll do in the role:

• Lead end-to-end AEM implementation across multiple large-scale digital platforms.

• Architect and manage web infrastructure ensuring high availability scalability and performance.

• Design and optimize AEM workflows templates and components for enterprise solutions.

• Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to define and execute digital roadmaps.

• Implement and maintain dispatcher configurations caching strategies and CDN integration (Akamai).

• Provide strong governance around web application security including WAF policies.

• Guide and oversee data analytics initiatives including reporting dashboards and insights generation.

• Work with large data sets and complex SQL queries for backend data integration and analysis.

• Leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance digital experiences and business decision-making.

• Champion agile methodologies across teams ensuring consistent and iterative delivery.

• Mentor and grow a team of developers and architects across AEM and digital technologies.

• Ensure on-time delivery by managing priorities and timelines under tight deadlines.

• Drive continuous innovation and improvement in architecture performance and scalability.

What youll bring to the role:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in digital technologies and enterprise web platforms for this role with a Bachelors/masters degree in computer science or information technology

• At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - development architecture and administration.

• Deep understanding of web architecture cloud infrastructure and modern web frameworks.

• Hands-on knowledge of SQL database schema design and performance tuning.

• Experience applying AI/ML models in practical digital business use cases.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Highly self-motivated and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.

• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership accountability and work ethic.

• Ability to understand the architecture and functional sub-components within overall application platform

• Excellent problem-solving skills goal-oriented self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements

• Collaborating with Tech team members as well business stakeholders to understand requirements application solution development testing and rollout

• Enhance the process standards and best practices and support L3 issues for currently live systems.

• Working knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL Sybase)

• Must have knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum)

Preferred Qualifications:

• AEM certifications (Developer / Architect)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React Angular etc.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
