Client: Leading Motorsports Organization

Location: Santa Clarita

Rate:$25 $35/hour

Overview: Join a dynamic motorsports organization as a Program Coordinator supporting the coordination and execution of engineering and production projects. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate with strong organizational skills and a passion for high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning coordination and consolidation of project activities across Technical and Production teams
Monitor project schedules identify delays and implement countermeasures to keep timelines on track
Provide regular status updates to ensure visibility into project progress and direction
Communicate program requirements to department managers and project leads to meet goals and critical deadlines
Track engineering schedules milestones and deliverables
Collaborate with design development and production teams to gather updates and align priorities
Maintain technical documentation test plans and project records
Participate in team meetings take detailed notes and follow up on action items
Learn and apply project management tools and engineering workflows

Details:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering environment (internship/co-op experience accepted)
Exposure to managing technical projects and understanding engineering development cycles
Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
