Description of the role:

This position is responsible for maintaining the accounts payable system processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities:

Processing invoices and purchase orders
Reconciling accounts payable transactions
Maintaining vendor files and relationships
Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments

Requirements:

1-2 years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
