You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for coordinating and performing tasks related to mailroom facility office equipment/ supplies and building operations/maintenance. Work with minimum direction and interface with all levels of the organization external and internal customers and vendors in a professional and confident manner. Assist with budget management in the purchasing and inventory of all necessary facility and office supplies and approve all orders ensuring proper selection based on contracted agreements. Administer internal recycling program. Be alert to potential repairs and maintenance needs. Facilities Manager as needed.
