About the Role:
As a Mailroom and Driver Associate youll play a key role in keeping mailroom operations running smoothly. Youll handle and process incoming and outgoing mail ensuring accuracy timeliness and proper documentation. Additionally youll operate a company truck to pick up and deliver mail from the USPS station so attendance reliability and attention to safety are essential.
A typical day includes picking up and delivering mail from the USPS station slicing sorting and scanning documents supporting quality control procedures and assisting with warehouse or other mailroom tasks as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work takes pride in organization and is comfortable with physical repetitive tasks including driving standing kneeling sitting pulling and lifting.
Requirements:
Were looking for individuals who are reliable detail-oriented and thrive in routine-driven environments. To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience in mailroom sorting scanning quality control and/or warehouse tasks preferred but not required
- Medical hospital or dental claims knowledge preferred
- Valid drivers license required; ability to operate a U-Haul sized company truck safely
- Ability to lift stand sit kneel and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Ability to accurately sort and process mail/documents per guidelines
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Mandatory training 24 weeks (MondayFriday 5:00 AM 11:00 AM; Saturdays as needed)

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $25200 - $31500.
