Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analystresponsible for analyzing and optimizing billing customer care and other related processes in a telecommunications company by gathering requirements developing solutions and investigating new business requests. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BSS operations while ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and solutions for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize business processes in the BSS area (billing ordering provisioning etc.);
  • Investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS OSS and IT systems and processes;
  • Develop requirements for BSS/OSS/İT system functionality;
  • Prepare business requirements for BSS/OSS/İT solutions within projects;
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements;
  • Translate technical language into business language to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions;

  • Participate in testing and implementing new features in BSS systems;
  • Find solutions to complex business problems related to BSS systems and processes;

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technologies
  • At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications and BSS field;
  • Experience with API;
  • Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN UML);
  • Proficient in SQL and experience working with databases;
  • Knowledge of BSS system functionality and operation principles;
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly communicate technical information to business stakeholders;
  • Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa;
  • Ability to investigate new business requests and analyze feasibility and impact on BSS systems and processes;
  • Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems related to BSS systems and processes;
  • Ability to work in a team and focus on results;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
