About the Role

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for designing and developing test equipment. Your tasks will be optimization and modification of functional testing of products in line with customer expectations.

What You Will Do

• Definition and introduction of test specification (definition of verification process alone).

• Development of test machine HW and SW implementation of new test step preparation of production machine based on production sample(lessons learned best practice standards customer and local standards).

• Attend on meetings related to new product introductions(starting from B phase Test specification Team1 DGFM).

• Decrease testing related costs through test planning optimalization.

• Increase test coverage; design and introduction of new measurements inspections and verifications.

• Support preparation of quotation for customers based on specifications or samples.

• Get and rate quotations from suppliers give proposals to choose suppliers. Optimalization of implementation.

• Coordination of procurement of tools and equipment (follow-up due date).

• Design and development of test equipment in cooperation with HARMAN development and suppliers (Overall Equipment Effectiveness cycle time DPMO).

• Development and evaluation of Measurement capability(MSA).

• Cooperate with foreign engineering to develop standards frameworks and tools based on experiences share feedbacks and failures.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.

• Communicative level of English.

• Programming knowledge (preferably C#).

• Flexibility.

• Analytical thinking.

• Presentation skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience in electrical manufacturing.
