About the opportunity
The Business Systems Coordinator provides a critical function to lead and implement key change initiatives within the Return to Work Victoria Business Unit WorkSafes inbound and outbound communications vendors and online invoicing vendors and WorkSafes Agents.
With a particular focus on managing the outbound communications and online invoicing solutions the role ensures effective operational delivery and continuous improvement. This includes vendor management activity and engagement with business users. Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

You will have excellent communication interpersonal and relationship building skills along with ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
