JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiasticFood & Beverage Attendantto join our fantastic F&B team at the Chapter & Verse Bar on apart time basis.

Critical responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
• Warmly welcome & serve our guests
• Be an expert on the hotel know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
• Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
• Assisting all guests with menu dietary requirements and recommendations
• Ensuring accuracy with requests orders and service delivery
• Use of POS system
• Stock ice glassware and paper supplies.
• Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
• Promoting safety and support WHS practices

Successful Candidates will have:

• Previous experience in food & beverage service ideally in a hotel environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
• Has a positive can-do attitude
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Barista skills advantageous
• Beverage knowledge desirable
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
