Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Controlling Department for a 1 year fixed term contract to join our Poznań basedControlling team.

What you will be doing:

  • Support in preparation checking correctness and distributing business reports
  • Salesforce incentive bonus calculation and maintenance of sales incentive tool including data uploads data checks
  • Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks relating to this process
  • Support and prepare parts of a monthly reporting package to management teams
  • Preparing of basic local audit files and facilitating of audits (internal and external) being able to answer basic questions
  • Acting as a flexible back up and supporting other team members in daily operational and in month end closing related activities
  • Communicating identified needs and ideas for improvements (process/workload efficiencies best practices cost reductions business opportunities)
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies KPI SLA standard operating procedure internal controls Group Standards Controllers Manual and external legislation
  • Performing system testing and preparation of basic data documentation. Maintaining process knowledge documentation checking completeness and correctness of instructions
  • Building a relationship with the key stakeholders
  • Supporting TL and delivering other tasks given by the supervisor support in ad hoc reporting and analysis preparing instructions/supporting documentations

What you bring:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting controlling and financials
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office package especially Excel (Power Query & Power BI experience will be an asset)
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good command of English (proficiency level) both spoken and written
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Economics or related fields will be an asset
  • Any experience in a similar position is a nice-to-have.
