About the Role: Were looking for a Production Finance Analyst to help drive financial performance and insight across our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Production youll play a key role in supporting accurate reporting robust forecasting and actionable analysis that enables better operational decisions and unlocks value on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Support weekly and monthly performance reporting for production sites focusing on cost control efficiency and output.
Streamline reporting processes systems and data flows to improve governance and operational clarity
Assist the Finance Manager with integration activities and ad-hoc projects affecting production and supply chain functions
Ensure financial processes are followed and documented particularly around production spend investment approvals and cost allocations
Track and analyse manufacturing costs waste downtime and investment returns to support continuous improvement and ROI evaluations
Identify risks and opportunities within production P&Ls and contribute to scenario planning and corrective actions
Analyse variances against budget and forecast highlighting key drivers and trends for site managers and operational leads
Prepare reporting packs and insights for production leadership to support strategic and tactical decision-making

Experience and Key Attributes:

Part-qualified CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance
Self-starter with the ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and communicate clear recommendations
Proven ability to build relationships across production teams and influence operational improvements
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred
