What you will do

Lead mentor and grow a backend team that values clean scalable code

Design and implement high-performance services with Java 17 Spring Boot and microservices

Collaborate with frontend (React) and cross-functional squads to deliver
seamless experiences -
Take ownership of backend architecture system design and performance tuning

Drive best practices in TDD CI/CD and code reviews

Contribute to the technical roadmap and play a key role in our next stage of growth
What you bring
Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot Hibernate/JPA) and a love for modern engineering

5 years in leadership mentoring teams and setting technical direction

Strong grasp of REST APIs microservices PostgreSQL and Kafka
-
Comfortable with Docker Git Maven/Gradle AWS and agile delivery

Excellent communicator and a natural team-builder
